• Manufacturing defects

• Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed names or numbers), unless defective

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Products missing original tags or packaging

• Return requests made after 14 days from delivery

💰 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage), Sportive Clicks will cover the return shipping cost

• If the return is due to personal preference (such as incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

🔁 Exchange Options

• Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability

• If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A refund, or

  • To wait for the item to be restocked

• Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item

• Orders can be cancelled only before the product is shipped

• Once the order is shipped and a tracking number is generated, cancellation is no longer possible

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before shipment confirmation

• Orders that have already been handed over to the courier cannot be cancelled

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued
