✅ Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

• Incorrect item shipped

• Wrong size or variant sent

• Item damaged during delivery (photo/video proof required)

• Manufacturing defects

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed names or numbers), unless defective

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Products missing original tags or packaging

• Return requests made after 14 days from delivery

💰 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage), Sportive Clicks will cover the return shipping cost

• If the return is due to personal preference (such as incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

🔁 Exchange Options

• Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability

• If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A refund, or

  • To wait for the item to be restocked

⏱️ Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Please note: bank or payment provider processing times may vary

At Sportive Clicks, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and transparent.

✅ Order Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can be cancelled only before the product is shipped

• Once the order is shipped and a tracking number is generated, cancellation is no longer possible

⏱️ Cancellation Timeframe

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before shipment confirmation

• Orders that have already been handed over to the courier cannot be cancelled

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refund processing time: 3–5 business days (bank processing times may vary)

❌ Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders that have already been shipped

• Orders for which a tracking number has been provided

• Customized or personalized items once processing has started
